The Taylor Swift v Kanye West feud is nothing new, but here’s the latest fuel to the fire of it all. Earlier this week, Taylor Swift was found to back a fan on twitter who claimed that Kanye West’s “Famous” music video is “straight up revenge porn.” She liked a repost of the tweet bashing the rapper’s 2016 music video.

West’s “Famous” music video depicts wax figures of himself, his wife Kim K, Swift, George W. Bush, Donald Trump, Anna Wintour, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Ray J, Amber Rose, Caitlyn Jenner, and Bill Cosby all sleeping nude in a bed together. The video has faced both extremes of critique from the media, press, and fans, and it’s clear that one fan still has more energy to burst against the music video, deeming it “revenge porn,” and more fans baste it with encouragement by reposting the tweet.

“The famous music video was straight up revenge porn. not to mention putting abuse victims next to their abusers and celebrating sexual assaulters. it was disgusting and he doesn’t get enough crap for it,” the tweet read.

Although Kanye West has claimed that the concept behind his music video was not to ridicule any of the people depicted but instead to portray a comment on fame, many of the individuals featured in his music video have not had the best of relationships with the rapper which makes the depiction questionable of the nature of being a supposed “jab” at the celebrities.

Another twitter account shared this tweet by reposting and that is the tweet that Swift liked on Twitter a few days back. The re-poster captioned the share in support of Swift who faces a lot of backlash for allegedly defaming her exes through her own music and music videos.

The fan wrote:

“It’s so weird to see how Kanye got away with putting realistic depictions of naked celebrities in his video. I was reading comments the other day and people said they didn’t like Taylor because she ‘uses songs to humiliate her ex boyfriends,’ we know that’s not true but isn’t it strange that they don’t apply that same logic to a man putting a naked woman in his music video that’s been viewed millions of times because he just doesn’t like her.”
