Millie Bobby Brown recently became the face of Pandora’s latest jewellery collection targeting Generation Z.
The 15-year-old Stranger Things star, after conquering many different fields, recently stepped into the world of jewellery by becoming the brand ambassador for Pandora. Brown signed a 2 year contract with the Danish company for their latest jewellery line that celebrates self-expression.
The campaign photos will feature the Goodwill Ambassador in her hometown, Atlanta, as she flaunts hand-selected jewellery items from the new collection. A short film focusing on Brown’s connection to the items will also be released.
Millie told PEOPLE, “I love Pandora because everyone can tell their own story, and each symbol can represent your individuality”.
Stephen Fairchild, Pandora’s chief creative and brand officer said in a press release, “Millie Bobby Brown is the perfect ambassador for the next generation of Pandora jewellery that empowers young women to express themselves. Not only an accomplished actor and making her presence as a voice of her generation known, she also brings a youthful and individual approach to jewellery that perfectly complements Pandora’s vision and creativity.”
The campaign is reported to go live digitally in October
Even though only 15, the Stranger Things actress has achieved many things during a short period of time. Not only did she conquer red carpets for movie’s premieres, she also made a name in the humanitarian world and became the youngest ever UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
She said, “It’s a dream come true to become a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. It’s a huge honour to join such an impressive list of people who have supported UNICEF over the years. I am looking forward to meeting as many children and young people as I can, hearing their stories, and speaking out on their behalf.”
The Emmy nominee also released a line of sneakers, “Millie by You”, in collaboration with Converse. The collection features classic Converse style sneakers with colorful designs and are available for sale on Converse.com and Converse.eu.
Brown also made her way to the “Top 100 most influential people” list in 2018.
