God, if we were in her place, we’d also be f*****g grateful.

Hold your heart beats because Ariana Grande’s latest release, Thank U, Next is out there successfully breaking Youtube and VEVO records of all-time favorite music singles like Despacito and See You Again.

Ariana in her latest release, Thank U, next

“Thank U, next”, Ariana’s most awaited single was published on YoutTube on Friday November 30th, 2018. Since then, the video has managed to gather over 118M views in less than a week, and speaks for itself and its talented artist while paying homage to a series of young adult / teen movies such as Mean girls, Legally Blonde, Bring it on & 13 Going on 30.

Soon after its release, Thank U, next proved to be a major hit, slaying all its competitors and gathering a massive number of 829,000 views within 24 hours. That was just the beginning we believe, because in just a period of a short week, Grande’s video has soared up smashing records and snatching more than 118 million views on YouTube.

Team Grande is visibly over the moon due to their latest achievement and we bet they are celebrating their hard work like anything. As if this record breakthrough wasn’t already enough, we need to sit tight because there’s hell of a lot more to report here:

The track Thank U, next is also astoundingly being celebrated for breaking its own records. As of recently, its seen spending its fourth comfortable week on the UK music charts as no. 1 song by any female artist in the year 2018. Needless to say, Thank U, Next stands at the top of Spotify UK, while taking the same position on the Global Top 50 with a whopping 206 M streams.

Multiple film, Youtube and reality TV show stars including Matt Bennett, Jonathan Bennett, Colleen Ballinger and Kris Jenner appear on the video as Ariana’s celebrity friends. The Breathin singer is seen appreciating all her exes for teaching her something positive. “One taught me love, One taught me patience, And one taught me pain, Now, I’m so amazing” meanwhile these lyrics silently surpass all records, the song says a lot about how strong Ariana is as a woman and how far & high she has risen since releasing her very first bubblegum pop song, Put Your Hearts Up back in 2011.

Its also not a secret that even after breaking her engagement with Pete Davidson, Ari shared the song lyrics with him before releasing them anywhere. Before the single was performed in SNL, Ariana admits sending the song to Davidson, “I wasn’t going to blindside anybody, I live fast and full-out, and I make mistakes, and I learn from them and I’m grateful no matter what happens.” She further revealed that she wont be following the Pop star image anymore by not doing what people want her to do. “I don’t want to do what people tell me to do, I don’t want to conform to the pop star agenda. I want to do it on my own terms from now on. If I want to tour two albums at once, I’m going to tour two albums at once. If I want to drop a third album while I’m on tour [in 2019], I’ll do that too! Please.”

Grande has become the most listened to artist worldwide after her latest drop, leaving Selena Gomez and her army of 46.9 million monthly listeners far behind. Enough said since you might already be head over heels in love with the song after reading this latest news.

We have shared the Youtube video of the song to save the time it will take you to search it up online. Other than that, Team StylishMag is officially thanking the 7 Gods for keeping those replay buttons alive. So far so good 😉
